You'll notice this website has a very Sci-Fi feel to it - I have indulged my love of this genre that I've had since childhood; Star Wars, Dr Who, StarTrek, Blake's 7 - you name it, I couldn't get enough....

My passion for graphics began back in 1998 when I discovered a 3D application called trueSpace. Finally I had found something that allowed me to bypass my natural artistic limitations and create whatever my mind could conceive. In 2001 I moved over to one of the big FX packages, LightWave - a tool I still use today to create my 3D images and animations.

Since those early days, my passion has intensified. As human beings, it's one of my core beliefs that we should never stop looking for our passion as it's something that gives our lives meaning. There's nothing like getting to the end of a day with the feeling that I've created something from nothing!

At college (studying software engineering) I was always being moaned at by my lecturers for making things look flashy before they actually worked, so I guess the signs were always there...
